I am a highly experienced executive coach, mentor, facilitator, and leadership development expert with over 40 years of professional experience spanning consulting, training, and organisational development.
I have worked extensively at senior levels, particularly within large international environments and teams. I combine coaching, mentoring, facilitation, training, and consulting, with a strong emphasis on leadership development and solving complex organisational challenges, backed by extensive corporate experience and structured methodologies.
My work is grounded in a few core principles: reflection, clarity before action, collaboration, sustainable impact. Every engagement is tailored, flexible, and designed in close partnership with you.

WHO
I am an experienced executive coach, mentor, facilitator, and leadership development specialist with over 40 years of international experience helping individuals, teams, and organisations grow and perform at their best.

After more than two decades at PwC, where I served as Director of Learning & Knowledge for Advisory across EMEA, I now work independently, partnering with leaders and organisations to navigate complex challenges, strengthen leadership capability, and deliver meaningful transformation.

My work spans executive and team coaching, workshop design and facilitation, and leadership development. Known for my ability to address complex (“wicked”) problems, I create environments where people can think clearly, collaborate effectively, and take action with confidence.

I combine deep business experience with advanced coaching and mentoring expertise. I hold a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) accredited Master’s-level certification in Coach-Mentoring (EMCC Senior Practitioner level) and am a Global Master in the MG Taylor System for designing high-impact collaborative work. I sit on the board of EMCC Switzerland, where I currently serve as Vice-President.
